Terms of exchange and return

Return and exchange Consumer right:

We understand the buyer's need to return some products after receiving them and to confirm the consumer's right and guaranteed by the Ministry of Commerce, our return and exchange policy lasts for 3 days

from receiving the order by contacting us via WhatsApp on the site.

For the product to be eligible for return:

• The return request must be made within three days from the date of receipt of the product.
• The product must be delivered in its original condition inside the product's box
• The following products are not refundable or exchangeable (hijabs - turbans - bandanas)
• The invoice and barcode are attached to the order.
• Return fee is 28 riyals
• If the product arrives to you damaged or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order to be compensated and we will bear the delivery fees.
• Return all pieces attached to the abaya (scarf, niqab) or any product submitted with the order
